Fabulous Palace House, built in 1940 by the famous architect Fernando Chueca.
It is a magnificent house situated in a unique location—the iconic Plaza de Doña Elvira, in the center of Seville, next to the Alcázar and the Cathedral.
It features exclusive gardens and a swimming pool in the heart of Seville. Without a doubt, an oasis of peace in the center of this bustling city!
The house has a capacity for up to 13 people and is laid out as follows:
Distribution
Top floor has 3 double bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom.
Rose Room: 2 beds of 105x200cm plus private bathroom
Green Room: Bed of 180x200cm, can also be prepared with 2 beds of 90x200cm (on the request), private bathroom in the room
Blue Room, bed of 180x200cm, can also be prepared with two beds of 90x200cm. This bedroom has a private living room with a sofa which can be made into sofa bed, which then becomes another fantastic room, sharing a bathroom with the main bedroom.
On the ground floor there is a room with a single bed and its own complete bathroom.
This fabulous house has a large kitchen, living room with large table for 12 persons, and a large living room with sofas and armchairs, perfect to have some rest at the end of the day. Next to the living room there is also a toilet.
TOWER:
It has 2 floors connected by circle stairs.
On the first floor there is a living room, bathroom with the shower, dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom has a small balcony with the view to the Cathedral. In this area you can add one single bed more.
On the second floor, there is the master bedroom, with spectacular views of the famous Plaza de Doña Elvira, complete with Naranjos. This bedroom has a 180x200cm bed, which can also be prepared as two single beds of 90x200cm
This bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub.
There is one more floor, the roof, where there is a table and chairs to enjoy the best views of the Cathedral of Seville, and a unique sunset!
It is the only house in the historic architectonic area with private pool and gardens.
The Tower has a terrace of about 20 square meters overlooking the garden and the pool. It has a table and chairs and is perfect for having breakfast, a coffee or enjoy the end of the day.

This villa was fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Seville. It's location made it very easy to walk around and explore the city. The villa was very charming and comfortable for me and my guests. It served as a great place to sleep at night or rest in the warm afternoons. The air conditioning units kept the villa at a very comfortable temperature, both in the living spaces and bedrooms. There are lots of stairs and depending on the bedroom, you may have to walk up several flights. This isn't a bad thing, just something to be aware of. Overall, I would stay here again no problem!

We had the most wonderful stay in a magical house right in the centre of Seville.
Elena met us as soon as we arrived showed us where everything was and was on hand any time night and day to help us if we needed it.
There was a very comprehensive guide for the apartment for trips and restaurants nearby which was very much appreciated.
The house is truly spectacular. An historic building. Each of us had our own room and every room had its own beauty. The house is set in lovely courtyard and gardens. Which were maintained multiple times in the week. Importantly, every room had air-conditioning which worked immediately and was highly effective. My daughter stayed in the tower which is not for the faint hearted.
You couldn’t be better placed with maybe one minute from the castle and three minutes from the Cathedral

Fantastic place! Great for our family of eight. Superior location, just steps to the major sites of Seville. Quiet and secluded. And the pool was fantastic on hot August days. Seemed like we were staying in a castle, which the teenagers loved. Local recommendations were very helpful and communication was great. Place was clean and we immediately felt at home. Highly recommend.
